Highly upset

I purchased a car on Sunday, December 4th. Due to the dealer not being able to get in touch with my bank to finalize the payment because it was late on Sunday. I had to come drive back to Orlando the say night, which is about 3.5 hours away. They promised me that with a small fee that i would have the car shipped to my front door. I paid the fee. I talk to my Salesperson the next day, i had asked him what's the estimated time for the vehicle to get shipped or to get delivered. He told me he would find out and call me back. He never called me back that day (Monday). I sent him a text the next day (Monday) , he didn't replied back all day. I called him on Wednesday, he didn't pick up or called back all day. All while i was also calling Hgreg Customer service but no one seems to be able to help me out except after my seventh call with them when i finally talked to someone that the car would ship out that day and i should receive it the following. On Thursday that when he (Salesperson) finally called me asking me how's everything. I told him not good cause i got the car and drove it home, when i realized that there was no paper or title or tags in the car. He said they should came with the car. He then said he would go find out what happened and he'll call me back. He then called me back and said that the tag was left at the dealership and they was going to overnight it to me so i can get it the next day. They next day (Friday) came, no package in the morning. Midday came still nothing. So i called customer service again, a few times until i got a whole of the right person. He asked around, he told me that they sent it to a different that i never heard of. I'm so frustrated and highly upset by now. He told me that he would have to get the package deliver back to the dealer in order for them to ship back to me and I should receive the following day. Saturday came, all day nothing was delivered. I called customer service, i told the lady my situation. She tried to lool for my account that would show if it was shipped, she said she didn't see nothing on my account and that i would have to wait for finance to open again, cause they closed on weekends. 1 whole week, paying for insurance, having a car that is dirty and very very low on fuel parked in front of my house with no tag on or papers. This is beyond unprofessional. I will never step foot back into any hgreg for the rest of my life nor my families. They didn't even washed the car before the ship it to me. There was dusty shoe printed in the back seat and a drity white tissue on the back see. Pieces of the advertisement paper was still on the windshield clear as day, all 4 corners of that paper and the residues. Tires and rims was still dusty like i saw then when i first test drive the car. The Salesperson (Miguel) told me that he was going to clean the car for me, but that i was a big lie. Tomorrow is Sunday (8 days since i boight the car) and i know for sure that i will not have the papers and the tag tomorrow. I know i did love the car but now if i return the car, i can promise you that i will not lose sleep over it. Im already given up on everything. The fire that i had to own and drive that car has completely burnt out. I gotta continue asking for ride for work and use other peoples car. I truely regret everything. I regret ever stepping foot in there. This is beyond ridiculous. Imagine how i feel when i went with someone to buy a car that same Thursday that i was supposed to received mine, the got their car the same day and the tag and all the paperworks. They been driving their car ever since. I bought 4 days before them and 8 days later i still can't drive it. You guy do charge a lot of fees when buying a car but the customer service, the promise are at the lowers quality. I don't know what else to do.

Apology, a solution, a refund of some sort, a premium service, anything that would outweigh a customers that paid over 38,000 dollars for a car that they cannot drive for over eight day and counting and delivered a dirty car.
